Healing Hands with Love

This page, “Healing Hands with Love” is very simple. I have been told for many years that my hands feel very good to people. I remember going on a cruise to the Bahamas from Florida. It was all of a 45  minute ride. They had a man on board who told fortunes. Since I have been fascinated by fortune telling, Tarot cards, astrology, and so on for so many years, I , of course, wanted my fortune told. It probably also comes with a certain amount of anxiety we all seem to have about the future. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could just trust and know that whatever is happening at the moment is what is supposed to happen and the future will take care of itself!

In any case, I was on this ship and had my fortune told. At the end of the session the man took my hands in his. He kept saying that it felt so good to hold my hands. Well, my husband, at the time, although he might have shared the same sentiment, was anxious for the man to let go of my hands! Eventually the man had to let go!

Then recently in 2007 when I discovered the Ananda Ashram, whenever I meditated in the Cosmic Temple with Joan Suval, my spiritual mentor, she would ask us how we felt after the meditation. Inevitably I would have some kind of experience with feeling as though my hands were being held, or have heaviness in my hands.

Not too long after that I went to Kripalu , a well -known retreat for people on the spiritual path. I had signed up for a course in what I thought was for me to be healed. It was run by Dr. Eric Pearle and the course was called, “The Reconnection.” Lo and behold I discovered that it was for people who were already healers who wanted to perfect their practice and gain more insight into their healing. I expressed my uneasiness to the person in charge who promptly responded that it was great that I was there because anyone could learn their technique regardless of experience and that it was, in fact, better that I was a novice. By the end of the two days I did learn a bit about healing with my hands and completed the first level of their course.

I proceeded to do some healing on people whenever they let me to try it out and, to my surprise, was very successful! People would say that they felt a tingling of energy moving through their bodies and it felt great.

A couple of months ago I went to have an angel reading at a nearby Yoga center for fun. The woman, Judith Toma, told me that I had the gift of healing with my hands and I needed to name it and practice it;  thus the name of this website.

I go to the Ananda Ashram quite often and always have willing participants to allow me to do healing on them.

The most recent story is when I was there last week the receptionist said to me that she was very tense so I offered to give her a massage, which she accepted. As soon as I touched her she said that she felt so relaxed that she could fall asleep on the spot. After the massage I did some healing and she said that she felt like an amazing amount of heat was emanating from my hands and she felt extremely peaceful.

So, my dear readers, I feel blessed to have this gift and I would like to share it with you.

I do have to say that I believe the energy which seems to come to my hands is channeled through my body from the powerful source of all sources and I ask for a blessing before I do the work each time and feel grateful for the experience. I do not guarantee anything as I don’t really understand myself what is going on.

My plan is to continue to explore this gift and take some courses to validate the healing. I will most likely take some Reiki courses.

So my offering is to heal you. I was taught by Joan Suval that when one has a gift, it must be made available to all, regardless of finances. So I am offering my gift to you.

I live in central New Jersey so you would have to come to my house. At this point I have no idea what to charge or even if I need to charge so I guess it will be by donation.

Please contact me at phoenixflute at verizon dot net and I will try to help you the best I can.

May the light be with you.
